HOW TO ORDER:
Email your menu selections or questions to thanksgiving@biggrovetavern.com . A credit card on file will reserve your meal and beverage selections. No charges will be applied until the pick up date. Sorry, but Big Grove gift cards will not be accepted for purchase.
Pick up times will be scheduled from 4pm- 8pm Wednesday 11/27, and from 8:30am-11:30am Thanksgiving Day (11/28). You can request a specific pick up time.
The food items will have simple reheating instructions
Our bar will be open on Thanksgiving morning from 9-noon, ready with mimosas, Bloody Marys and our specialty cocktails. NOTE: the restaurant and our kitchen will NOT be open.
DESCRIPTIONS:
12 lb Brined Turkey - moist and flavorful - citrus brined, cayenne pepper seasoned, basted
with guajillo pepper sauce and stuffed with rice, corn, and black beans
Jumbo Biscuits - 6 biscuits
Sausage Stuffing - colorful and delicious - red onion, celery, red bell pepper, poblano pepper, chorizo, cilantro, and a special seasoning blend
Street Corn - one of our favorite appetizers at Big Grove - sweet corn cooked with aioli and spices, topped with queso fresco and cilantro
Mashed Potatoes - with bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion, heavy cream, salt and pepper
Brussels Sprouts - sauteed brussel sprouts, fresno peppers, cranberries, bacon, a perfect bite
Gravy - adobo chipotle pepper, garlic, beef base, demiglaze, heavy cream, thyme and rosemary
